Registration fees
Early bird fees are effective until June 1, 2025.

• Industrials: €1000 VAT incl.
• Accompanying person: €250 VAT incl.
Regular fees
• Post-doc/Researchers: €700 VAT incl.
• Students (Phd & Masters): €550 VAT incl.
• Industrials: €1 200 VAT incl.
• Accompanying person: €250 VAT incl.
On-site fees
• Post-doc/Researchers: €1000 VAT incl.
• Students (Phd & Masters): €1000 VAT incl.
• Industrials: €1 320 VAT incl.
• Accompanying person: €300 VAT incl.
Registration includes:

For accompanying persons (who would like to attend the dinner without taking part in the conference), the price of the gala dinner is 125 € VAT incl.

Welcome party at the Grands Salons of Nancy city hall
We are delighted to invite you to our welcome dinner reception at at the Grands Salons de l’Hôtel de Ville (Nancy City Hall) from 7 to 10 pm.
Enjoy the “La belle Saison” sound and light show at 10pm on Place Stanislas.
Start at 19:00.

Gala Dinner at the Abbaye des prémontrés, Pont-à-Mousson
We are delighted to invite you to our gala dinner at the prestigious Abbaye des Prémontrés in Pont-à-Mousson.
This 18th-century architectural gem, listed as a Monument Historique, offers a unique setting combining elegance and serenity. The evening will be an opportunity to share a convivial moment, conducive to exchange and celebration, in a refined and warm atmosphere.
An aperitif will be served before dinner in the abbey gardens.
